At LK22Designs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be returned in line with our returns policy.
